No cookies, no sharing, and visitor statistics on our own server in Sweden.
Who is responsible

Visitor statistics
We use Matomo to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, in which language, where visitors come from and what kind of device they use. It helps us improve the site.
- Matomo runs on our own server in Sweden. No data is shared with Google or anyone else.
- We set no cookies and store nothing in your browser.
- Your IP address is masked before it is stored, so that it cannot be linked to you.
- We record page views, clicks on links to other websites, browser, operating system, screen size, language and approximate country.
- Within the same day, Matomo can tell that several page views belong to the same visit. No identity is carried over between days.
- Individual visits are deleted after 12 months. Aggregated statistics without individual visits are kept for 24 months.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), that is, our interest in understanding how the site is used. You can object at any time by emailing us.
When you email us
If you write to hello@softjoy.se, we use your address and your message to reply to you. We keep the correspondence for as long as the matter requires, and we regularly review and delete old correspondence.
Your rights
You have the right to know what information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or erased. You can also object to the processing. Email hello@softjoy.se. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
